Don’t waste your money. I’d give this service a zero-star if I can. Very poor service. Chris didn’t list my house in the local MLS but instead he did list it on a different MLS. As a result, all the local real estate agents can’t easily access my listing. This service is a waste of time and money and very incompetent. Wrong MLS Typos and missing part in the house description/ad and mistakes in uploading pictures Rather than fixing the problems, this broker blamed other realtors for not being able to see my listing details on the non- local MLS and blamed me for not setting a lower price of the house.
