Poor communication from the body shop, poor communication / information sharing between the on-site insurance adjuster and the body shop. 4 days after I brought in my car (this was now a Friday), I called and talked to three different people who couldn't answer my questions because the responsible people were "not in." The following Monday, the Geico adjuster filling in for the regular person helped me sort everything out, and is the only reason this is not still a one-star review. I have no idea whether ABRA does good body work, because they didn't do any work for me. I only know that they need to work on their communication.
