I called when they opened at 9 and got no answer and no voicemail option. Had to call about 9 more times before I actually got a hold of someone at the practice. Scheduled a urinalysis a day ahead of time, then when I arrived exactly on time there was no receptionist to greet me just an empty desk. I was later greeted by an admittedly nice lady who helped me after her 5min phone call ended. I gave her all my information and sat and waited an additional 30min while the Doctor sat in the waiting area and talked very loudly on the phone. The worst part was that there were signs in his lobby telling people not to talk on the phone because it’s disrespectful. THOSE WERE HIS SIGNS! And I saw a room labeled his office that was empty as well. So I got the impression that he was an ass, although I was never formally introduced to him. 10 more mins waiting in the lobby without the doctor on the phone and then it was my turn. Once it was finally was my time to produce a sample I was taken care of quite quickly, and the guy who helped me out was polite.
