Expected significantly more knowledgeable staff. Am currently living remotely and don't have access to any of my tools, so I decided to go to Advance as they advertise free battery replacements. Arrived at the store and selected the battery, and inquired about replacement. The desk clerk said he didn't know how to change batteries, and asked someone else - who looked at him like a sprouted a second head. He then claimed that they only do that "when there is daylight". In the end, they were at least nice enough to give me a 10mm wrench so I could just do it myself. Overall, no good reason to go here over any of the other dozens of parts stores.
