Our 5yr old french bulldog Roxy suffered a toe injury & our old provider only gave me the option to drop her off and they'd take a look at her when they got a chance so I finally cancelled my wellness plan I had with them and finally took my 4 year old daughters advice and took her to the "new vet" right down the road from our house. I dropped in, Alli told me they were booked until Friday but given the situation they were able to squeeze me in later that morning. Turns out we ended up seeing Dr Elton who was Roxy's original vet from our old clinic that we really liked. These guys have amazing reviews because they have a real interest in building relationships with pets and owners. In the end Roxy ended up getting her comprehensive exam taken care of and now I have to humble myself and tell my 4 year old she was right all along...
