Our experience with Matt today was excellent. We have an 11 year old Bosch dishwasher that has been leaking. We called Bosch for service and THEY directed us to American Appliance. Matt got a message from Bosch that we needed service and he called us to set the appointment. He came out today and we had a positive experience with him. He called in the morning to verify someone would be home and called again 30 minutes before he arrived. He was quick with the diagnosis. He said we should hear from him or Bosch in the next day or two about what Bosch will do. He says Bosch has the best product. I am very pro small business and glad he was referred to us. I was skeptical because of other reviews on Google but found our experience to be positive.
