I ordered a Bedroom set 11/14/17 and here we are 2/2/18 and I still don’t have all of my pieces to my set. I’m disappointed, angry and dissatisfied with both the Burnsville and Roseville store. I will never shop here again and or recommend your store to friends and family. If I don’t have an ETA for my things I’ve paid for in full soon I will most likely cancel for a refund.
Update: I emailed corporate on 2/17/18. A man named Jason called me back apologizing for what I had went through. The assistant store manager Alex call me next day 2/18. He apologized again and thanked me for my patience. My bed was delivered later that day. I wish they would have offered free set up. That was something that I wasn't told about during my purchase. They drop off your items with no set up. I will never shop with them again. I hope this helps someone.
