WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! These people were the rudest, unethical, no Integrity having individuals I’ve ever dealt with in my life!
When I reserved the room through my Whydam Rewards I booked a 2 Queen suite. I was initially checked into a room with one king bed. I had my daughter and her friend as we were there for a dance competition. After the guy saw it was a room with one bed then he caught us in the hallway and then switched us to a room with just 2 queen beds no suite which we later found out when we got in the room, which was being occupied with someone else’s luggage! I showed him my reservation and told him this isn’t a suite he happily switched us to the correct room type. We get in the room and the room is DIRTY! Stains on the walls, stains on the linen, stains on the recliner. Gum in the garbage can, something on top of the air conditioner that resembled a bug but it was just a piece of something but it did scare me when I seen it. I immediately called down to the desk asking for a refund and that I cannot stay in that hotel because of the uncleanliness of the room. I was told that I couldn’t get a refund because I used the room, I wasn’t even in the room for 5 minutes! The front desk clerk called the OWNER OF THE HOTEL BOB PATEL and he told him to NOT ISSUE ME A REFUND even though I told them I’m not staying there because it was dirty and I will be checking out! I then took a gentleman up to the room with me and looked over the room he said the stains were from the washer which is a lie! There’s was several stains on both of the LINEN of the beds! He told me I should have booked a different hotel with more stars and that any person would be glad to check into the room, a DIRTY ROOM! They didn’t offer me any other options such as a different room, my money back or anything HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND!! I checked out of the hotel and was given the owners number! I called and called and they said he was not there after they told me what hours he would be in the following day. JUST THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! T
