Arrive Watertower

My son and I have lived here for 3 years +, and for the most part, it's been great! Recent updating has brightened up the interior, and the amenities are extensive. We are often in the basketball court, workout room, and party room for billiards and shuffle board. The best part about this place is the friendly staff. Meghan and Jennifer are so cool, and always have a smile! I recommend Arrive Watertower Apartments. Craig and Henry

Wow! Lots of positive reviews in the past month! I'm not saying they are all fake news, but it certainly is suspicious. Too many other locations in the Minneapolis area to select these apartments unless you like high prices combined with low customer service. I don't want to forget mentioning all of the amenities that were broken half the time. And the monthly fire alarms where you had to evacuate the building at night were amazing. They became so frequent that I would wait 15+ minutes before leaving hoping they would shut off. This place also passes every possible fee onto the residents. Trying to use a debit card for rent? That will be an extra fee. The trash is always backed up and smells like crap. Then once the trash chutes were backed up people just started putting their trash in the hallway outside the trash chute. Giving it 1 start is generous, but I guess the location does warrant that.
