My experience has always pleasant at Westfield Dental. This spring I missed my appointment twice due to circumstances beyond my control. Westfield Dental was gracious enough to allow me to reschedule again within the year. I'm understanding there are companies close to my city that if you cancel your appointment they won't allow you to make another appointment until a full year passes. Thank you Westfield Dental for allowing me to reschedule an appointment within a few weeks after my two cancellations. I am grateful that you didn't feel you needed to punish me for cancelling. If I caused you a loss of income due to my cancellations you were gracious enough to absorb that cost. Thank you again.
