Best Buy

The only reason I’m giving Best Buy three stars is because of the service. The service there is hit and miss. You might get help if an employee comes by, but you are more than likely to be ignored. Take it from me I’ve been here so many times looking at stereos and what not, but that was like half a year ago maybe six months I have no idea it’s been so long, but other than that Best Buy is a good store to go to even though I don’t go to Best Buy that often. Don’t get me wrong I love Best Buy it’s just the service that I don’t like that much. I’m not going to say oh don’t come here because the service is whack, like I said it’s hit and miss. I will still come back whenever I have the time, but Best Buy needs to improve on their customer service skills, because I’ve waited so long to get service one time I just left. I know there are cameras there that face which ever way so I know they saw me but did nothing about it. I’m not mad I’m just curious on why they ignored me. Update: 3-26-18 610pm, wow the store has been upgraded it looks like, But I’m going to give it four stars so just ignore the three stars that you see. I was helped by some guy I forgot his name and I was just asking them about a certain thing and what not and he was really helpful. Good job Best Buy now I can come back whenever I can but let’s see if the service stays like it was today. It’s better to be helpful then to not be if you catch my drift
