I've had multiple bad experiences at this Best Buy Mobile location. Most recently I tried to return an iPhone X I purchased there. The store manager refused to return it claiming I had to go to the "Big Box" location up the street. Turns out if I buy the phone there and return it somewhere else, their location gets credit for the sale and the return doesn't count against them. Clearly the store manager doesn't care about customer service and only thinks of his own best interests.
