Big O Tires

Above and beyond! Thanks for the friendly and efficient service! Subaru battery died at the beginning of a holiday weekend while running errands in the Village. Walked 1/4 mile to Big O, and a nice guy walked back thru the snow and single-digit cold to my car with their jumper unit. The extreme cold was killing many batteries and illuminating many tire pressure lights, so the store was super busy. I expected I'd have to come back for replacement - and dreaded the logistics of going to and fro for an appointment in even colder temps the next day (and probably having to jump start to get there) - so I was beyond grateful that they worked me in to the schedule and I had a new battery at a good price in 30 minutes!
