There are a few staff that are very good at their job. However I ran across Holly- she was not changing her gloves between patients. When I asked her why she hadn't been changing her gloves she told me according to the FDA I am suppose to change my gloves ONCE EVERY HOUR OR IF SOILED! I don't know if this is true but wow that's disgusting. She then became defensive and had another tech help me. Not worth the $20.
