I visited Bistro La Roux for a late lunch today. I had the catfish platter with Gouda grits and jalapeño cornbread. The catfish was delicious, and came with lemon and a Cajun tartar sauce, so that I could dress it just the way I wanted. The grits were outstanding. The service was friendly, prompt, and attentive. Lori, the co-owner, took the time to welcome me and introduce herself and Tim (co-owner and chef). The best praise that I can give a restaurant is that I will come back to eat again.
