I called that morning, dropped off my horse trailer after hours that night and by the next afternoon the work was finished!!! They were very friendly and willing to help me, even though the part may have proven difficult to locate due to the manufacturer going out of business. They got the window hinge fixed and went above and beyond by also checking over the bearings and greased one that needed it, which I appreciated since we will be hauling 2,000 next week!
