Brady Kroll - Edina Realty

MODIFIED: We were very disappointed with Brady's handling of the sale. His arrogance and unwillingness to streamline communication process was puzzling in the least. Brady represented the sellers in the dual agency transaction (both agents represented Edina Realty) and his belittling demeanor towards us (the buyers) was unprompted and uncalled for. First of all, Brady was not in any position in life to be able to look down upon us and secondly, even if he was, it's totally against everything that the Realtors' organization stands for. Furthermore, Brady's mishandling of the "after sale" reimbursement negotiations almost brought buyers and sellers into arbitration.
