WORST customer service i've ever experienced!the people were rude,smug and overall everyone there had a bad attitude to someone who wanted their business.............

Brought my tiller in for inspection for repair. It took a week and a half for them to tell me that there suggestion was to buy a new motor to replace the old one. Cost would be $500 to $600 with instillation and shipping. A new comparable tiller (same brand) would be $799. So I told them no thanks. They then charged me $38 for the inspection which was with a camera slid down the oil fill tube. # one that can't take more than 5 minutes. #2 what is your labor rate per hour. Must be $400 plus per hour. They also told me that they could not get a Tecumseh engine, which I found online for $250 within 5 minutes of searching. Overall I am very disappointed and am going to make it a point to tell as many of my friends about my bad experience and tell them to tell there friends. I hope Brainerd Country Power Equipment loses 100 fold in lost business compared to what my repair bill was.
