I waited for over a month to get a referral for special testing done on my eyes, they still have not faxed it to the other company and he kept telling me it would take them 2 weeks to contact me. I called the other clinic and they said they would call me in a day or two once they received the fax. Also, they had me go see the medical doctor to send in an authorization for specific prescriptions to my glasses. My primary doctor office called the insurance company, they said that the eye dr is responsible for sending in the request and I explained that to them and they said they would take care of. I was told my glasses were in and I told him the insurance will not cover it and he said "don't worry about it, I have it covered". What a waste of time and calling around everywhere to find out they were not even helping me at all! I don't know how they are still in business.
