C & E Flats and Lofts

I lived here for close to 3 years now. I love it here!! We have parties and get togethers where we get to meet our neighbors and make friends. It has more of a community than a building where we are all strangers to each other. I feel safe here. There has never been problems with security since i have lived here. Anne, the manager of the building is very good at communicating with us. There is no time that something will be happening in the building that we are not informed ahead of time. This includes maintenance she warns us ahead of time that they are coming and asks for permission for them to get in apartments. During inspections like we recently had a fire alarm inspections she walked with them throughout the whole building so there is no time that strangers are walking into your apartment unattended. Above all the building is always clean and very tide. There is not time that i have seen a spot in the hallway that i have found there the next day.
