Campus Park Townhomes & Villas

The manager of the property called me the “N” word after supposedly playing “hood rat” music too loudly. I attempted to contact upper management, and the only response I’ve gotten is “We are sorry that you feel that way. We will make an effort to sort any misunderstanding.” The property itself is very poor. My roommate and I have had no success in getting any work done via work orders. I’ve called a dozen times about mold found from the bathtub seal. We live on the bottom floor, and there has been a water stain on the ceiling in our bathroom. Needless to say, management and maintenance is AWFUL.
