Caribou Coffee

I visited this location the evening of January 5th at 6:35PM. When I was greeted at the drive thru speaker, I ordered a caramel cooler. I also asked for a medium black coffee and was told that they didn’t have black coffee at the moment but could make an americano. I said “fine” and asked if they had any 3-cheese grilled sandwiches. She immediately said “nope!” - I knew this game all too well. From there, I said “well, what sandwiches DO you have?” And then the truth came out: the oven was already shut off for the night. At 6:30. On a Friday. And it was clear in the tone of this persons voice that the oven would definitely NOT be turned back on. I backed out of the driveway and ordered at Cambridge. I’ll never waste my time with this location again. The person speaking to me seemed relieved once I said to cancel my order. Caribou should be embarrassed that this location holds their name.

Great staff and clean environment! Coffee tastes great! it's very convenient considering it's located right inside a supermarket.
