Center Cut Meats Albertville

I buy ALL my meat at center cut. People are great food is even better. Way better price at center cut then von Hanson.

Kevin Jan 8, 2012 I have been having my venison processed at Steffens for years, and this year when I brought my venison in to get processed to my suprise Steffens had sold to Center cut meats,I talked to the person that was working and they told me that they were going to use the same recipes that steffens have used in the past and when I picked up my pepper sticks and my cajun summer sausage it was in no way the same, it was very dry and had a lot less spice then the past. I shared the venison with four other people and they all said the same, dryer and less flavor and tasted like %#$@. So all in all I am very disappointed in what I had done at Center cut meats and I would not recommend center cut meats to anyone I know. Sorry
