I called Mike to troubleshoot a leaky window. He diagnosed my issue over the phone and an in-person inspection confirmed my homebuilder didn't install flashing or window wrap. During the repair, Mike's guys traced the leak to a 2nd floor window. Mike was communicative, explaining each step of the process. He showed me the issues, outlined my options and made recommendations to keep things affordable. He fixed the leak and water damage. Bonus, I had them install shakes to update my house as well. I've given Mike's number to my neighbors who have similar issues. Big shout out to Chapman Homes, he's now my "house guy!"
