Choo Choo Montessori

Great Place. Our family is happy with this school & our 20 month old loves it.

I interviewed every single daycare ( in home/center) within 15 miles radius of my home, and I selected Choo Choo. My daughter was 2 years old when we started and now she is 2.8 yrs . My daughter loves this place and that makes me very happy. Following are the reasons I like Choo Choo : 1. Building - This is a large school and there is ample of indoor and outdoor space. It is a REAL Montessori school, not one of those tiny one. My daughter is in toddler room, it is full of Montessori activities, plants, hand washing station, etc. I like the big windows for natural light. There is an activity room too which is full of AWESOME toys ( lots of blocks, puzzles, etc) and activities. Kitchen is nice and children house seems to be very nice too. 2. Teachers - This is my favorite part of the school. I really really really like the teachers and other staff. I feel like my communication with them is just perfect, every day I get a report about my daughter's activity, food, pee frequency, etc. There were episode of "not sharing phase", hitting phase and I felt like teachers handled it very nicely. Like I said my daughter is just 2 and half year old and she knows her ABC, numbers, Spanish numbers ( and we are not Spanish :) , rhymes, sweeping, pouring, .... and a long list of stuff. This makes me believe that somebody is working with her on learning. Diversity - It was very important for me to put my daughter in a diverse culture. In Choo Choo Mr. Quan is from Asian origins, Ms. Natasha is partially Sri Lankan and lot of kids are from different cultural backgrounds. Food - They serve breakfast, hot lunch and a evening snack. I have NEVER seen them serving an unhealthy food dish. The lunches are catered through premier kitchen. Overall I am 100 % satisfied with the child care services. I am thinking about some negative stuff so that my review will look more reliable but cannot think of one.... May be a little more water breaks would help children with hydration. We look forward to spend more years with Choo Choo Montessori. Thanks.
