I've been coming to Christian Brothers for three years. Not sure why I haven't written a review yet, but it's time to get it done.
We have had all three of our vehicles serviced here, and have always been treated fairly, offered a fair price, and have never been pressured or pushed to have other work done. They will bring up issues that will need to be addressed in the future, but have never put on the pressure by making it seem they are urgent when they are not.
The Service Manager, Dan, is awesome. About two years ago I felt that my transmission wasn't behaving like it should. Since I was leaving the next day to travel with my family to South Dakota for Christmas, I was nervous to say the least. Dan told me to bring it down and he'd take a drive with me. After driving around for about 15 minutes, he reassured me that all my transmission was behaving as it should. I took his word for it, and have never needed any work on the transmission...so he was right.
In that same situation, I believe there are many places that would have simply said, "you're right" and put a new tranny in for me - even though I didn't need one.
I have been to many auto shops in my life, but Christian Brothers is the one I trust.
