Jeff & Trista did a wonderful job. They were efficient and did honest work. They informed me prior to doing anything. They also let me know about other current and potential issues. They waited until I made a decision before going ahead and doing any work.
The only thing I do not like in this day and age is when a company does not have a website & email address. That is almost ESSENTIAL with todays fast-moving and competitive business world.
