I'd give them no stars if it was an option! Went in looking at wheelchairs yesterday. Looked all through the selection they had before anyone acknowledged I was there. They didn't have what I was looking for in stock but while I was there I bought a caddy the fits over a walker for my mom so she can carry food to the table. I wasn't sure if she would like it so I asked about the return policy and the woman told me I could return it. I went to pay with cash and she told me she needed to get change from the register (we were in her office) so I asked if it would be easier if I paid by credit card and she said no. Today I brought the caddy back because my mom didn't like it because she couldn't get the lid off but when returned it I was told that I couldn't get cash back, I had to wait for a check to be sent from their corporate office. Why the heck didn't she tell me that when I asked about the return policy and paying by credit card instead???!!! I would have used my credit card so I could have gotten an immediate refund. It would have been so easy for them to be straight up about their policy but they chose not to. While this is the closest place like this to Mom, I won't return for even the littlest item - they got the last of our money!!!
