The customer service I have received from the main office is beyond exceptional! They are very understanding of unique circumstances & genuinely help when they can!! I have had a few encounters with a clogged sink, and they've been very timely in repairing these maintenance issues.
The location of the property is perfect for commuting in any direction. Also, I'm a large breed dog owner, and with the apartment right on the river it is perfect for my pooch friend, it's as though we are actually out in the country sometimes.
The amenities provided are awesome, such as the pool in the summer months, the work out facility, and having water & heat paid for!! GOOD PERKS & GOOD LOCATION & GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would recommend to a friend.
Suggested: fresh paint & new carpets in the hallways would really make a huge difference in making things feel more modern & up to date!!
