Very pleased with the work. My carpets were extraordinarily stained after my tenants moved out. I knew it would be an intense job to return them anywhere near normal. They know the business, and I'd say a greatest strength is setting the customer's expectations. From price (very fair) to process to results, they explain it all thoroughly, and also provides all the customer's options should there be any unclear issues. I was very comfortable working with them. They're transparent, hardworking, and honest. Lastly, my carpets are vastly improved, and most of it is as good as new.
