If there is an example of bad business practices this Cub pharmacy would be one. Unbelievably terrible customer service. The pharmacy employees here are very rude and unprofessional. I don't understand how they ended up being hired in an industry where providing quality customer service is vital to saving peoples lives. They refused my Dad service because he provided the temporary copy his insurance company gave him instead of the physical card (his insurance had a merger with Blue Cross earlier this year and it took several weeks to get the actual card).
The pharmacy technicians here are incredibly incompetent and lazy. They cant even do simple things and threaten to remove you from the store if you criticize them. Literally, all they had to do was to enter my Dad's information provided by the temporary card copy into their system to check if its valid, which is what other pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens do. However, don't expect much help from their "manager" either. He is very irresponsible and just as incompetent to deal with customers. He behaves more like a security guard than a manager.
Don't waste your time with this pharmacy. In fact, don't even go near them. They are so bad that if you decide to change to a different pharmacy they cant even transfer your prescription! They not only give customers a headache but doctors too.
