Dakota County Fairgrounds

We have been going here for many years and although some things have changed, much has remained the same - and I am happy for that. The old village is a perennial favorite. As I have grown older, I enjoy sitting on a bench on the porch of the general store and people watching. The antique tractor show and parade is great to see. The Lumber Jack show is great fun too. You get to enjoy some of the traditional State Fair type activities and food without the crowds, traffic and parking hassles - it is just a more relaxing and enjoyable day.
