I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but as a professional business your communication and promptness is a must. I had a scheduled Saturday consultation for 10am. My wife, 6 month old son, and I waited in the parking lot from 9:50am to 10:10am. The doors were locked, parking lot empty. No one ever showed so we a voicemail and left to continue with our errands for the day. I then receive an email at 10:30 stating that I was expected to meet at 10am. I was there, they weren’t. We really wanted to support a local business but will be looking elsewhere that’s more reliable.

Dane was quick to remedy the situation. Although, I did not accept I did change my rating from 1 star to 3 star for his effort to fix the problem and gain a new customer. That does speak volumes in his concern for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, when it comes to my money, I don't give second chances, but I do respect the offered solution. I hope the best for the firm.
