1 May 02, 2018 Elyse Cutler Waiting 45min for them to open when they were supposed to open at 6am it's now 6:45am. Had to call my hotel for a late check in. Called customer service keeps telling me 5mins till someone will show still nothing. Absolutely ridiculous!
