Great Location, Terrible Service. Location I frequently meet at Dunn Bro's in Buffalo for Business and Casual reasons as I love the location. The layout and feel of the store is simply amazing. Needs Fixing: Some Light Bulbs Flicker in the Resturant. Service The service is a different story. The staff is often on "Smoke Breaks" at the same time, leaving the store unstaffed and customers waiting for lengthy periods of time. If the staff seperated their smoke breaks (or just saved their lungs and didn't smoke at all), then my review score would change significantly.
