Embroidery & More

Nice people but they do terrible work. I had two types of jackets I sent to get embroidered with our logo. They completely messed up both types of jackets but sent them back to me anyway with out a word, as if I wouldn't notice. The logo was all off center and there was loose stitching loops and almost all of the logos. 1/2 my jackets were yoga jackets and the logo made the fabric bunch. I told the owner about this and she said she could not fix it and would not give me a refund. I sent them all back and she "tried" to fix them but they still look terrible. I unfortunately can not give these to my clients and have to consider it a loss. I sent another round of jackets to a different embroidery shop in Minneapolis and they turned out great and it was cheaper! So I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
