The restaurant had a very cool vibe. Live music, great bar and perfect ambiance. We made a 7:30pm reservation and although it was very busy, there was a few tables open. After waiting 30 minutes the owner approached with an apology and offer of a free app. This was a very kind offer, we were finally sat after 45 minutes and drinks at the bar, things were looking up. Once sat the app was ready immediately and very good (meat and cheese plate). The waitress was attentive at first, but was very much in the weeds. We waited another 25 minutes to order our meal. The food was good, but upon paying the bill we were charged for the appetizer. Food wise better than average, experience and service one of the worst personal dining experiences.
