Beware of this owner! He used the information about my wedding on Thumbtack to threaten me through voicemail. I called back to tell him it's harassment and that I will call the police but he said he would show up to my wedding. He was upset because we wrote him a bad review about his attitude and unprofessional emails. He found my fiance and I on theknot and rsvped as a threat. We called the police twice to report him and we are applying for a restraining order. We are planning for extra security for our wedding because of this man. Please be cautious with this business owner. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Bottom line for his response: You're a business, be prepared for any review. You communicated poorly, I rated you poorly. And even if you don't agree with my opinion, how do you think it is appropriate for a business to use personal information to call at 3 am? Do you think it is professional to RSVPed on someone's wedding website to harass them because you're upset? Why do you think personal attacks in your comment below warrant your actions? You welcome sympathy/empathy with your story and excuses but you don't stop think about the stress for our wedding when you went about your inappropriate ways. You might not consider them strange behaviors but the cops do. This is the last time I'll tell you, if you were professional in the first place, you do not need to be defensive.
