Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

My sister paid for a hair cut for me and I thought it went well until I got home and the curls had relaxed. The hair on the left side of my head is an inch longer than on the right side. The right side is layered up too high and I can't do anything with it. Now I keep it back with a hair band until I have to pay someone reliable to cut it tomorrow. FYI, the older lady with the short gray hair did this to me. I'll never get my hair cut there again.
