Although there were some MAJOR issues that resulted in a return trip, Ryan was very up front about the problems the mechanic created and made everything right on the second trip. I was very pleased with the customer service I received and WILL go back again for future service. The mechanic that did the initial work probably should be moved to sweeping floors. Wish I could remember his name.
They ended up making a potentially disaterous situation very positive and that is the definition of good customer service.
