My SO and I have stayed here a few times for an urban getaway. We keep returning because the beds are SO comfortable. Beyond that, the rooms were clean but nothing special. Service has been "fine" - minor mistakes with room service, polite front desk people. We haven't really tried out any of the other amenities.
