Purchased new side door and windows for my garage May 2016. The door and windows looked fine, except the installer failed to put casing around the inside of door. Shims, caulking, and insulation were left visible. Salesman Mark ignored my phone calls and emails for two months. But after much ado, Gladstone eventually did send the installer back to finish the job.

Very poor customer service and follow-up. Do not stand behind the Marvin products they resell.
