We looked at a unit this time last year and loved it! We signed the lease that we were told by the leasing office was the same unit we viewed in person. Right after signing we decided to check out our new townhouse. We were surprised to find that it was a completely different unit (same floor plan though). From there, things just continued to get worse. There was a hole in the living room floor that went under the sliding door to the exposed outside (which affected our electric bill since it was the middle of winter) and it was not fixed for more than a week. We also got mice shortly after, most likely from said hole in the floor. The downstairs half bath sink leaked all the time and ruined some of our belongings. The microwave door was busted and the whole thing had to be replaced. There were stains on the carpeting that we had to argue with the front office to be cleaned. The garage door rarely worked by using the remotes, we would have to physically get out of our vehicles and press the inside button (maintenance came over a few times for this but never fixed the issue). One of our 3 mailbox keys did not work and we were told, since it was a couple months into our lease when noticed, that it was our problem to figure out and we wouldn’t be issued a working third key (roommates....). The hot tub has been closed for more than 3 months with a note that says “closed for repairs”. The front desk ladies... very rude and not willing to help at ALL! They would roll their eyes to each other when residents would come in and treated residents with attitude. They would make a big deal about having to do anything other than taking rent checks, getting people to sign a lease, and getting packages. Anything other than that was met with irritation. Lastly, I’ve been dealing with the front office, maintenance, and a manager for over 2 weeks, trying to schedule a walk through. Nobody has been able to assist me with this as of yet, and I’ve been calling, emailing, and leaving voicemails and messages (written by the front desk). Unacceptable to go over 2 weeks and not have a walk through set up. Now, after 2 weeks of getting runaround responses, I am told that they cannot accommodate a walk through and that they will have to do it next week when I go out of town for over 2 months. Don’t waste your time with this place!!!! Major headache; would NOT recommend.
