I gave 3 stars for the person who explained me on phone about deep conditioning, very nice gentleman. The two less stars are for - when I reached there the lady (Radhika) who washed my hair was unprofessional, she had waist length long hair herself & they were free flowing so came on my face while she washed my hair. Manager there should make sure hair of their employees are atleast well maintained & not coming in face of its customers.
