I called at 0800 on a Monday morning to get an estimate. The lady on the phone told me her boss was in a meeting and would call me back. At 0937 I still hadn't received a phone call so I tried again. The same lady gave me the same story. Her boss was still in a meeting and would call me when it's over. I thought... this is a pretty long meeting but okay. It is now 1541 on Tuesday and still no call. This is one helluva meeting....
