Terrible work done that I had to spend weeks correcting. An outside wall finished only up to the soffit (so water entered behind the wall). Sheetrock finished with C-track plastic, even on a half-wall that should have had corner-bead. A door not centered on studs correctly - pushed out to minimize the external finishing work, but leaving more work inside. Rough openings for windows left with inconsistent siding spacing that was impossible to finish without removing and re-cutting. Walls so badly out of plumb that one required shaving the trim work down a full half-inch to match the curve in the bottom 9 inches of wall. And who uses two-inch screws on sheetrock? Very poor finishing work.
