Hollister needs to either train their staff better or hire better employees. I came in recently to buy some jeans from here, and I was lost at the sizing. Last time I was there, I remember someone had helped me pick out the right size and style for me. Not this time. Nobody even looked at my way. There were two guys by the cashier, and one of them was on their phone. I'm cool with cashiers/employees being on their phone, we all have a life. But when "replying to a group chat" is more important than greeting a walking customer.... then idk. I'm really dissapointed. I really didnt know what sizes I should get, and was quickly tired of trying 4 pairs of same jeans. I went to cashier to seek help, but nobody was there. What a great customer service

I went here looking for shorts, of course they were all clearanced out. I thought I was out of luck, but Brad offered to look in the back and he was able to find one in the back for me.
He was really nice and helpful. I really appreciated his help!
