Hy-Vee

Friendly, well-stocked, and clean, this store is a great choice for everyday needs. The one thing I'd have a gripe about would be the long wait times for cashiers, especially considering the very clear vagrant/alcoholic population in the area. I've been here multiple times to wait behind folks with a backpack buying six bottles of marsala cooking wine at a time, that pay in mostly change. This is not a problem with the store, but with the area, and it's why I leave the five-star rating. Great job, Hy-Vee, you're an awesome store!

I have lived in Mankato since 2005 and I have never been disappointed with the wonderful customer service at Hyvee, downtown. There really is a "helpful smile in every aisle" there. The other day they were giving away free sunglasses!!! And i love their gas rewards! Also a big thanks to Teresa, for being so sweet to each and every one of your customers!
