Ice Dam Steam Team & Outdoor Services

I walked in my daughter’s room this morning and noticed water leaking from the window and ceiling fan. I just purchased this home and it was disclosed that there were ice dam issues in the past that had been resolved with heating coils. My automatic assumption was that this had failed. I called multiple companies unable to even get anyone on the phone when Jake answered. He came and took a look and notified me he did not believe it was an ice dam issue. He walked all through my house and around the outside until he figured out that the leak was from my newly installed fridge. I cannot thank him enough for his time and, although his services were not needed, I know where I’ll be going when they are. He is trust worthy and helpful and I will refer anyone who is in need of his services to him because I know he’ll do what’s right and not what’s right for him. Thank you again so much for going above and beyond your job to help me find a resolution to my nightmare!
