I am not impressed at all. Took me months to get into my first appointment. The whole appointment, the psychiatrist seemed like he was trying to rush me out the whole time. Whenever I called with questions they'd leave him a message and I wouldn't get a reply for at least a week. He said "I don't know if you have this particular mental disorder or not, but I'm going to put you on medication anyways." I took the medication and had very adverse effects. I tried contacting him over and over again. I am currently off the meds, and he still hasn't contacted me back (it's been three weeks) to find a solution. I will never go back to this place. I owe over 500 dollars and nothing has been done for me. Huge waste of money, they do not care about their patients whatsoever.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Refusing medication to someone with a mental illness because of a late payment. I've been a patient there for 1 year (until today) and they refuse to help me because of a stupid 30$ bill being late. They don't understand that they are dealing with individuals who have life altering mental illnesses and they need their medication to live a normal life. I was taking that medication everyday for 2 years and now they want me to just stop cold turkey. 1 of the many reasons people commit suicide. To whom it may concern. DO NOT GO THERE!

I often refer clients to IPC for a variety of services and have always had a wonderful experience. Their response time is quick and they always go out of their way to make sure a personal referral is well taken care of. I would highly recommend this clinic for therapy, testing and psychiatric services. A bonus is that location is easy to find and convenient for many folks in the western and northern suburbs.
